Skin care involves: cleansing, exfoliation, skin analysis, proper masking, routine modification and product recommendation, and professional skin care education. Our goal is to help improve/promote health and wellness through massage therapy and skin care. Massage involves manipulation of the soft tissue - skin and muscles - to help alleviate and sometimes prevent pain, discomfort and muscle spasm, and to help relieve stress and provide relaxation.
